4 stars: I tried this app on my brothers phone and loved it. So much that I bought a pen for my phone and downloaded the app ASAP. I made an account and the app seemed to be working fine. I could click on people's work and rate it, but when I wanted to do a pic of my own, the picture wouldn't open. It won't let me do any of the pics provided and I was wondering if this is a common problem that can be fixed?
5 stars: After the app was fixed it has been working swimmingly. They kindly reached out to me after the incident to apologize and to inform exactly why the app wasn't functioning. This type of customer service is great and many other companies should follow in suit. Thank you for the communication and for developing a app that allows so many people to share their creativity.
