4 stars: wish that the locating of devices was quicker because when you lose something you want to know where it is right away not 5 to 10 min later. That said it has proven quite handy a number of times over the past year and I am glad to have it.

Customer service is astounding as well The company worked with me on a reordering issue (buying from overseas) and were prompt and complete in their emails. Will be a long term customer.
