4 stars: Beat is a good app, with, cheap prices. I suggest an improvement in the communication with the driver, sometimes need a chat to give other instructions or additional help. The calls only using the app, is not the best way to get the communication with the driver, sometimes the internet is slow and will be better make the direct call to the real phone number.
4 stars: The app is good and the trips are cheap, but it's very hard to get a driver. I have tried a few times and it takes ages to get a car
