3 stars: No one in my area yet. The app is quite nice but I can't truly give it an honest rating until I can try all the features. It's currently not possible for me to do that, so I can only give it a neutral rating.
3 stars: apparently this app is obsolete or, just not used much in the SF Bay Area. not a bad platform. Just not used in the area. l uninstalled.
3 stars: I see no way to order by date or to see recent room posts. This makes me loose too much time, because if you do not order like this you gonna see old rooms which must have probably been already rented...
