5 stars: I think this app is very helpful. Eventhough for some medical specialists are really hard to connect (either busy or not available), but once they are, they are trying hard to be helpful. Kirim obat pun free ongkir. Senang sekali

4 stars: Download aplikasi ini karena voucher gojek diskon 25rb belanja vitamin/obat via halodoc. Eh waktu transaksi nggak kepotong diskonnya. Alhasil bayar full, setelah complain via chat di aplikasi sekitar 4-5 hari uang saya dikembalikan dari apotek. Cukup puas dgn pelayanan customer servicenya namun koordinasi operasional halodoc-apotek-gojek harus lebih ditingkatkan.
5 stars: Aku ketolong banget sama aplikasi ini. Salepku habis, uda cari diapotek2 sekitar, tetep ga dapet. Akhirnya memutuskan beli via aplikasi. Kelemahannya hanya kita ga bs lihat exp date obat yg qta beli, sampe obatnya tiba.
