5 stars: Needs High level of lighting to scan but this is state of the art stuff! The first scan was close...but I used wrong skin tone...I was brown with closely cut hair. Laughed pretty hard. 2nd scan took :23 but was 97% accurate, except for hair again. Shorter wait time to Finish if done before 2P Eastern I found. Requires Patience at 1st ~ 1st timer
4 stars: App when I first used it works fine. Can't log in now tho to fix my skin tone... rather odd my face right color but the rest of me looks like I need a serious tan. ..good lighting ( go outside and do it) works fine on S8+.... It's safe to say due to storms might be some issues...till then...be safe
3 stars: I am ticked. Whenever I get the app to fully scan my face, Rarely, it says Generating Preview. Then it says error, try again. And besides that, the scanner almost always says scan failed, try again. It almost never gets me past the first step. EA fix this!!!
3 stars: Doesn't work all the time but when it finally did, you'd think I was scanned by the developers. Great results if you can get it to work. Proper lighting is a must. Did my scan outside in sunlight
5 stars: I have crappy samsung phone, took me forever to figure it out, but all you have to do is turn off wifi then turn it back on and it seems to work everytime. Great results as well, much better than 2k's.
5 stars: This app simply does not work. This is disappointing because the app worked perfectly for Live 16. Whatever was changed...
