2 stars: - I do like to shop on Amazon, service is great, prices are competitive and product diversity is awesome. But... Ever since I have updated the mobile app it keeps shutting down. I even called customer service but they we're not able to resolve the situation . I wish there was some way to get in touch with tech support. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it many times. My device compatibility is also fine. And it was working absolutely fine until the update.
5 stars: - I am having the same issue as the user who commented before me... The App has a bug. When selecting a option colour size etc etc the App gets stuck on the loading page where you proceed to wait forever looking at a yellow wheel. I have given feedback privately and was told to uninstall and re-install. Still did not help the app does not work..
