3 stars: - Easy to use but I've never gotten the remote assistance feature to work well with family. It's never connected to any machines not on my google account and has been tested with various networks and people. Another thing that would be nice to see improved is on a chromebook with a mouse connected when remoted into a machine you have to hold the left click to move the remote cursor as it doesn't detect the movement like microsoft remote desktop will. I like the idea but could use improvement.
5 stars: - The first Remote Desktop app I've used that actually worked. Microsoft's can't find my PC even though it's asking for it's device IP. Only ever get an error and headaches. After 2 hours of support digging I gave up. This one doesn't even ask. It just shows up as available and asks for a PIn that YOU get to chose. Simple and it works immediately with 0 issues or headaches. Took less than 3 minutes. Step up your game Microsoft.
