4 stars: Overall, pretty good. Both on the app and desktop/laptop, however, I get the repeated error that doesn't allow for codes to be entered. Been going on for several weeks now.
5 stars: We've been redeeming points for at least 7+ years and have redeemed points for awesome Disney Blu Rays as well as collectables and 8 Star Wars movie posters(and counting!). We as a family 💘 Love the Disney Insider reward program.\
4 stars: The program is cool but I wish that they would bring back some of the nicer, higher point rewards like in years past, such as statues, behind the scenes tours, etc
5 stars: I've been apart of the rewards family for over a decade and I've loved this lite secret part of disney! im so thankful they have kept this going all these years we love the rewards and adding to our collection!
3 stars: It's been 2 weeks since I redeemed my points for the frozen pin. Everytime I try to check the tracking number the app immediately closes and says the app has stopped working. My app is up to date so that's not the problem. I like this app but that is the one annoying downfall. Glad you guys brought back choices of movies to redeem also.
3 stars: Tried to sign in, but once I entered the code sent to my email and got the green check ✅, the app immediately crashed. I have attwm this multiple times, to no avail. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.
