3 stars: I love the update! It could still use the ability to have a widget to track data usage at a glance without going into the app. However, lately the app is saying that I'm offline and to check my network connection. I am fully connected to the internet. Please fix!
3 stars: Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked and the app now works normally. Really shouldn't have to do this after an app update though; that's kind of the point of an update The app update on Mar 15, 2021 broke the app and I can no longer open it at all. Was working fine before this update.
5 stars: I was running low on data and they offered me a unrefusable plan with mega gigabyte for a reasonable price and I did it all over the phone through my app and it was instant just need an email confirmation everything was that conveniently easy
5 stars: App won't log me in . I put in my user name and password and for the past few days it loads it then the app automatically vanishes from the loading screen so I re go into it type in my username and password same thing. Its not loading properly. I cant get into the app. And yes its up to date. Thank you. I un installed it and the re installed it and it works fine . Thanks.
5 stars: OK I can't believe it took me 3 months to figure out what an amazing appthis is.. honesty! I wish my sales rep at had given me a little bit more of a nudge to check. Simple straight forward for us to use 🙌 happy feet!
