5 stars: I exclusively used justeat and skip the dishes for years until I downloaded ubereats only 4 months ago. This app has more options and generally faster service than skip the dishes, in my opinion. I use it more often than I use skip now. I've also had issues from time to time with order accuracy and whatnot, but Uber always goes above and beyond for compensation. Extra appreciated during these trying times

3 stars: I've seen better. Reminds me of traditional e-commerce with a lot of added fees. Meh, sometimes they give us loyalty rewards and it feels worth it. Wish they did a lot more of that! Contains a lot of self promotion. It's easy to use, and blow money on but I guess at least we are connected to a workforce. I just wish there was a better way.
4 stars: Sometimes, the app doesn't refresh the information, impossible to track the car to know if it's on the way. Then in a matter of 1 seconds, the car travelled from the restaurant to my house faster than the speed of light. Reset, reinstalled, permissions etc.. still doing it sometimes. ( colleagues too )
