4 stars: No big issues, they make it easy to communicate with delivery and restaurant. I like that you can message through the app and track everything. Only 4 stars because there are so many extra fees to look out for (small order, delivery, tip, service) that are not easy to filter/not factored into total. Usually I go through the effort of picking a place, choosing from the menu, see the check out total is 2x the menu price, and cancel.
3 stars: I like using this app because it has been most convienient especially during these hard times midst this pandemic and has a huge variety of food to choose from. However, at the same token I find it can be quite expensive at times as well due to all the sur charges such as the Service fee $3, the Deivery fee .49 on up past $5 plus Tax AND a Tip?! So hmmm \

4 stars: Sometimes, the app doesn't refresh the information, impossible to track the car to know if it's on the way. Then in a matter of 1 seconds, the car travelled from the restaurant to my house faster than the speed of light. Reset, reinstalled, permissions etc.. still doing it sometimes. ( colleagues too )
