5 stars: Honestly, I've used this app a few times at this point and I've found it to be pretty intuitive, not to mention helpful. Relatively fluid and generally easy to use. I like it well enough. Some delivery people don't seem to have much a clue what they're doing, however, despite providing thorough instructions. If you live in an apartment or are staying in a hotel expect trouble getting them to where you are.
5 stars: Fantastic app! fast, easy and at the ease of your finger tips! I must say ordering food has never been as convenient as using this app! so many options and so much variety! delivery is fast and my food is always at a good temperature
4 stars: This is a game changer for Zurich! A lot more of restaurants than on eat.ch and also you only pay the delivery fee! It's quick, the restaurants are amazing. I gave it 4 stars only because you only can pay by CC - twint would be a nice add in the payment methods. All in all uber eats for the win!
4 stars: Easy to order. Restaurants menus are well presented. Making, changing and updating my order was quite easy. Updating my profile details was also easy. But some of Uber Eats delivery agents/drivers fail to follow professional delivery process sometimes. To keep it simple - Good!
