3 stars: Why suddenly I can't edit my ads schedule in Facebook ads manager 😥😥😥 The promotion tabs cannot load in Instagram, so usually I edit it in ads manager. But the recent update said that we have to edit the boosted post in ig apps. Please fix it
5 stars: Good so far, but ad account gets deactivated regularly. Have to get in touch with the support team every time, and it'll be solved.
3 stars: Not good userinterface. Not good as enough as desktop. Overall summary and it's day wise performance can't get at account level. Every time go to specific campaign and have to check
3 stars: I can't publish carousel ads because there is no button to crop individual images to required size. Something should be done about this.
5 stars: Facebook ad is the best business app and I will always give 5 star for that. But I think because of the covid19, their workers are few and because of that all my recent adverts are disabled and flagged without any reason. We all need Facebook advert so much so I am appealing to those in charge to do something about this little problems. Facebook advert is always the best advert tool in the world. Thank you.
3 stars: This application needs a serious overhaul... For starters you should be able to filter by date range! The desktop app is so robust and easy to use, while this is a UX nightmare. Please invest some time to make this app useful!
