4 stars: Amazing app and service. I can meet with a doctor from anywhere within minutes. Prescriptions are faxed to a local pharmacy of my choosing with ease. Only bug is when I was trying to leave a detailed review of my visit, when saving I got an error that my feedback was greater then 255 characters and it did not save or allow me to change. If you fix this, I would give 5 stars.
5 stars: I live in Montreal where ER wait times were horrible even before COVID. My cat bit me and I wanted to avoid going to the ER so I tried this app for the first time. It was easy to use. I had a great, thorough consultation with my doctor. Overall, I'm very happy I chose to use this app.
5 stars: Maple is a very straightforward, easy to use app. I have used it to speak with a few doctors about different issues and have had nothing but great experiences. The wait times are very reasonable, and the doctors are very thorough, helpful, and professional.
5 stars: Very easy to use and convenient. Perfect for when you don't have time to see the doctor but need something simple like a refill of your regular medications. Almost no waiting time and Dr. Matar was courteous and professional. Definitely recommended.
