5 stars: I Love Etsy 😊 I have had it for years and it's almost an addiction. I tell all of my friends about it. There are so many natural products and unique items; it's a treasure trove! It started out that everything was either handmade or vintage (Although that doesn't seem to always be the case anymore, I still love it)
3 stars: After update app freezes and closes a lot. When searching for similar items nothing will show anymore, just blank page. It used to work with zero issues. Please fix the problem. I love Betsy. I have purchased many unique/ hard to find items .
3 stars: Love Etsy. You really should be able to instant download onto a mobile device. It is ridiculous that I cant do that from my phone or my tablet. I like to buy crochet patterns and it makes it difficult to retrieve the pattern when I have to wait to get to my laptop.

4 stars: I'd like to recommend adding a search favorite items to the app so we can search specific items on our fave list on the app. I also would like to recommend that you guys add a feature to easily select multiple items within the app on the favorites list to add to a new list.
4 stars: When you add an item to your fav list and the seller removes it from the shop, the items are still in your item list, but not visible so you can't remove them. Thats annoying.
