4 stars: I had a nice experience with lenskart service and mobile application. The person came for home visit is also nice guy but there is improvement area in terms of Covid safety. He has face shield to use it but he doesn't use it during the check up except while capturing the session pics (then only I knew that he has face shield). He has also not having good sanitizer. Other services are all good.
5 stars: My experience was really satisfactory. From the experience of virtually trying glasses in the app to their executive visiting for trial TO ordering TO return the frame due to glasses power discrepancy TO walking in the store to validate my glasses power TO receiving revised frame, everything was very smooth and satisfying. Good job Lenskart and thank you for keeping customer satisfaction as top priority.

3 stars: After I update app I'm getting 504 error I never had this issue with previous version. Now though I have application I have to use browser to login to lenskart. Please check and fix this issue
