5 stars: Not good experience as a captain. Not receiving rides since last 5 days. Visited careem office 4 time but every time they said that there is a problem on careem app's backend, it will be resolved soon. But its not been solved. We have no other source of income in this pandemic but carreem services are down and we are not earning a single penny.
3 stars: careem captain farrukh Siddiqui captain id 863010, since updating I have not been able to sign in to the app. have done everything that I can think of to sign in but the problem still persists. residing in an area that has recently been quarantined, could that be the issue. please let me know ASAP. Update: able to login via WiFi but unable to so via data connection.
5 stars: I did uninstall \u0026 then reinstall ghe app that's i solve my problem of (captains portal missing). But the main issue is as on. That when ride comes \u0026 we r on another app or doing some thing else ride alert is on back ground. It take time to open. Oftenly i missed the ride and it affected on our ratting
