3 stars: I have two primary Windows devices and one phone. The app will - MAYBE - talk to one of those some of the time. It's very inconsistent. I'd be happier if i could set the Windows device I'm using from the app or something. What i have now barely works.
3 stars: This is an updated review after a month or so of usage. I love the app when it works. But twice a day it stops and I can't pinpoint a reason. The only way to get it going again is restart my computer. So twice a day I restart my computer. Annoying. I appreciate the response below from Microsoft and went to the page they mentioned. I made sure I have the latest updates on both my computer and phone. Still does the same thing twice a day.
4 stars: Ok, like some of the functionality but had to open instructions online because the app wouldn't allow me to scan the qr code. Still working on getting it to work. It was working before and now it required me to upgrade, hopefully it work now.
4 stars: Doesn't work with VPN connections and once you manually disconnect, there is no option in the app to sync again. It works near flawlessly only when it's connected but the flakey part of this app, which I am surprised hasn't been fixed yet, is the inconsistent connectivity. EDIT: Still can't handle a VPN connection. Staying connected isn't much of an issue anymore.
3 stars: I like the idea of the utility. Don't like it the possibility of Remote accessibility your main device In hand, but I agreed to the term...
