5 stars: App would only go to about 80% and then give an error message saying that it had stopped. Update: after transferring smaller amounts the app worked really well. I appreciate the developer reaching out. Great customer service!

5 stars: So far I was able to backup my personal data to my SD without any issues, I have not restore from the backup yet, no need for now, until when I have to. Love my affordable LG Stylo 4.
3 stars: Needs Improvement, Transferred most of my stuff over but most of my apps didn't work afterwords had to uninstall and reinstall my apps in order to get them working. For the most part the app is sufficient
