4 stars: The app is overall a good app. The only problem that I have been having with it is every couple minutes I'll keep getting a notification popping up one the middle of my screen but when I go to check and see what's wrong everything is just fine! It's very annoying and I am trying to find a way to fix it but other than that it's a relatively helpful app.
5 stars: this is the only play service app that I use regularly I've been using it for years and enjoy everything that I have downloaded so far. Sometimes it can be a little costly so I have to be careful especially with the casinos and stuff. I really like the Google playbook app part of it.
3 stars: What's this EAlert Experiment?? It seems to have been installed surreptitiously with the latest updates. It's located in the location providers and it cannot be disabled. If this is some kind of location tracking, I think my money will be better utilized on Apple products.
3 stars: I keep it around as a necessity. But I never explore the app itself. I will say that it is convenient to have it for backing up data for apps. And certainly there are some apps that you cannot use without also having this one. But otherwise I don't use it.
