3 stars: Customer service is fantastic - polite and professional. But I've had issues with drivers every time I've used the app. Also, the app only allows payment by cash or topup, with rm100 as a minimum - that is blatant tomfoolery. Great potential for success, or failure.
5 stars: This app layout is clean *compared to GRAB, lots of unnecessary advertisements* \u0026 super simple to use. Great for idiot prove ! I totally recommend it. Gotta be more patience to hail a driver at busy hour, u may need to add extra priority fee $$$.
5 stars: Very good app. Bought my 1st purchase ( buy4u) yesterday. Although i wish the rm 100 cap could be increased a little bit. Maybe for the buy4u insurance you could implement to be paid 1st by the customer. Just a suggestion
5 stars: I have it on my phone, and I installed it on my Android emulator on my PC. The app works perfectly, and the service is very reliable. Give some tip to the drivers, they deserve it.
4 stars: First time using the app and I can say that I will patrionizing this one. Fast delivery and very accomodating drivers. However, it'll be awesome if we can chat the drivers inside the app instead of using regular load.
5 stars: Lalamove really IS reliable... Shout out to our courier/driver, kuya Samuel Peligreno. He was able to get \u0026 deliver our essential items exactly as what we instructed. Lalamove is really advantageous specially during this time.
