3 stars: Actually, this is a great application since i frequently use the GrabBike feature. But unfortunately, in grabnow option, sometimes the person in grab shelter ask for my phone number, which I do not understand the reason behind this. They said it's for their commission counting, but I guess there is another counting method that is more suitable.
3 stars: I really like the app, very feature packed and more informative compared to the rival. But I can't stand the way food vouchers work in Grab services. The latest voucher I got always says \
5 stars: Great way to travel. I had used the app in Bangkok and had no issues at all. Live updates of vehicle on route to pick you up. Estimates given for taxi rides are accurate. I had used the cash payment method which was much simpler (just ensure you have change according to the estimate and don't be afraid to tip the drivers, really great people). Overall great experience
4 stars: I really love the service, especially it's my first time using this app. The only thing that I want to suggest is to improve your GPS tracking system between the driver and the customer. My driver was a bit lost when he tried to pick me up at my location because the GPS tracker is having a bit of bug. So yeah, maintain the good service, and just improve the features in the app, specifically the GPS tracker.
