4 stars: It needs work when it comes to navigating and actual traffic rules. For example the application directs me to do illegal things like illegal turns or it sometimes directs you to turn or go to streets that have recently been either closed or not there. So they need to review them. It is a good tool but needs work
5 stars: Very easy to use efficient the only thing is it doesn't give you much time to answer yes or no make a call coming in and if you don't answer it it looks like it's a decline even though you just haven't had a chance to get to it. Phone has gone dormant because it has been a while since the last call other than that and it goes against your rating I love it
3 stars: Works great most of the time, although nav is sporadic and tends to send you behind the address. but has a long ways to go in terms of functionality and design. If you want to see a 5 star version just look at lyfts driver app. Much more polished.

3 stars: The GPS messes up alot. It gives incorrect or long route information, and its frustrating for the driver and the passengers. They get very upset over this. Suggest to update GPS to current locations
4 stars: Works great except it gives you about 5 seconds to accept a ride, sometimes I can't even unlock my phone quick enough to accept it. That's kind of annoying, maybe that's Uber and not the app?
