4 stars: It's working again I had to delete cache and all storage. Nice app that you can use in different countries which helps a lot. Easy to use and I love the lite promotion, please add it to more places.
4 stars: Unlike other ride apps that I'm used to, you have to pay when you arrive at your destination in the app. It wasn't obvious, especially with a Polish driver so there was a language barrier but with an English speaking Free From support lady I got it. It was a little worrying though as I had a flight to catch. So perhaps the app developers could alert new users of this distinct feature?

4 stars: App doesn't crash anymore. I like the app, but it's not as good as uber because the driver still controls the price. More accountability than a regular taxi but less accountability than uber. Not sure if the app can help this, but twice a driver picked up random people instead of us. The app isnt all encompassing like uber. I wish uber existed better in Italy. Come on Italy catch up with the times!
