3 stars: Receiving ride requests that are 20 minutes away like I'll actually accept them. No simple way to give feedback on the app. I still have not received a lyft driver emblem/decal after requesting it to be delivered to me several times. Claims have been made stating that it has been delivered, but I have received absolutely nothing in the mail. 👍 great job.
3 stars: I think maintaining a 90% acceptance to see ride times is a bit steep. There ARE legitimate reasons to decline. Not to mention if you need to go offline unexpectedly in a busy area . It takes 5 declines just to be able to turn the app off because requests are coming too fast. In fact I've even had to put the phone on airplane mode just to make it STOP. Fix this!
4 stars: Your GPS lag's to the point where you get your turn now last second, and the driver can only see his next turn ( maybe a little zoon out would be better ) and the routes are simply ridiculous. But the quality of being able to track all your transactions is great. Offering the major cross streets of the destination would help immensely. Thank you for listening.
