3 stars: Works pretty well, but the interface is horrible and the sequence of menus doesn't make sense. Pricing is annual, which is insane given that you have to buy the adapter. On the main menu, it suggests the likelihood of a fault code, but you can tell that it isn't informed by anything real. It's probably just the time since you last scanned the car.
4 stars: Good app. Had a couple of issues: 1: it (unknowingly) turned off my head lamp wash and subsequently failed the MOT. When coding it on again (even though it showed it was already on) it doesn't make a difference if I set head lamp wash to every 3 or 5 windscreen washes, it does it only once at the start.. then not at all. :/ 2:Indicators set on as day running lights doesn't work. Fault reading and clearing works well.
5 stars: From bad to better, i had problems with my USB cable, got the universal adapter for free (thanks for that) now everything is back to normal. The app works fine, the connection is smooth, customer service is great. To be honest, I wasn't expected to happen that fast.
5 stars: Well after a bit of back and forth with emails and shock of horror an update cable connection is now working. They are sending me a free adapter too which is a bonus. I did also report the app to Google and everything is good now. Customer service is good when they dont just send an automated email back. Happy customer now 😁
