5 stars: Loved it. The locks are sometimes non-reliable though. But they aren't related to the app that much :)
4 stars: Some bike locks don't work and you get to know that at the end of the journey. the cost is sometimes comparable with taxi or carsharing. But overall great experience, especially in St Petersburg where there is no competition from Street bikes and other scooters.
4 stars: + the scooters are good, the app is easy, the rides are smooth and fun - lack of subscription option (single rides are too expensive to take every day)
5 stars: No problem with either starting or finishing the ride
