4 stars: Microsoft has definitely positioned itself as the only work and study platform you need and want. However, Teams needs more development. Would love that the whole experience in tablet and laptop comes to life in this version. Then again, I'm sure there are some obstacles to accomplish that. Happy with the message feature, the notifications, and the interactions in the channels. There can be more I hope!
5 stars: Use it for work purposes, it works like it should. Lots of functionality and integration with many apps and services. Definitely great for formal group chats. There is an issue on my desktop version that completely breaks when a windows/outlook password is changed (whichever is linked to the Teams) it refuses to sign you in you have to uninstall and re-install in order to fix, please check that out.
5 stars: Heaps better than the Skype for Business app! I can contact my colleagues and customers straight out of the app whether it's by message, phone, etc. And the comments will show on the desktop app (something that didn't happen with S4B). Add to this the plethora of app integrations to Teams such as PowerBI, Incoming Webhooks, tasks, planner, etc., it has made Teams the ultimate real time tool! Great Job!!
