4 stars: Easy to use and has all the options I need. I rely on it. Recently, it stopped working. TO FIX the issue with no sounds/missed alarms, clearing storage of the clock app solved the problem. (Instructions vary by device). It clears the saved settings for the clock, but since the app is so easy to use, it's easy to reset all your alarms.
4 stars: A highly requested suggestion: It would be a great help for heavy sleepers like me if this app had the option to disable absolute alarm ring volume (zero volume/mute). I have slept through alarm rings so many times because of muting alarm while I'm in deep sleep. Please take this into consideration. Thanks.

4 stars: Well, it's a clock application. The one quirk I don't like about it is how hidden it appears on a Chromebook. There's no icon for it in the setting menu. Pity. Work around \u003d open Google Store, open the app, and pin it to the be bottom icon bar. Messy. It works.
