4 stars: The app is very good and food gets delivered very quickly. My only issue with it is that the address or contact details of the shops/restaurants are not provided. It would be great if there were a way to contact the restaurant directly from the app - especially in some areas where there are 3 or more chippies with a similar name!
4 stars: Mostly great. Very convenient. Would be 5 stars but sometimes it randomly won't accept my credit card that is always used and I have to change the payment method and then change it back again to work. Annoying.
3 stars: Credit card details are outdated, but I cannot update them in the Uber Eats app. Also cannot add a new card using the same card number so I can't place an order. Have exactly the same problem in the web page. Surely, Uber, this is important to get right. Turns out I can update CC details on the Uber app. I get to eat after all, but would have been quicker to drive there myself! I hate it when technology makes life harder.
3 stars: the UI is great and also information is displayed very clearly. also, the offers are applied automatically which is great, but the problem is in the location setting. it is absolutely broken, you cannot set the location on a map, and it always puts the dot in the wrong place and you have to explain the directions to the delivery guy. so that needs to be fixed. please fix the location option because otherwise its unusable.
