However, my one complaint is that the street view portion opens up another app, losing my place, and often times not even opening to the address of the house. 5 stars: Occasionally, there is a glitch and info doesn't load but that happens very rarely. Otherwise, I think this is a great app with a lot of useful information. I'm especially fond of the notifications I receive when a home in my preferred location and price range becomes available for sale. It also helps me track homes similar to mine so I know what to expect when I list my own home.
5 stars: Found my home on this app when my realtor couldn't get me to homes new on the market. I was always looking at properties that already had offers. Using this app i was the first person to see the house.
5 stars: Great user-friendly app. Excellent house hunting tool. Has been very accurate. Property status (mls) changes update instantly. Zillow lags behind in terms of updating pending or active properties for sale in my market (Sarasota county FL). Unsurpassed buyer experience IMO. Cant speak to seller or renter experience. Only frustration is login requirement when using a desktop.
