3 stars: I excited to use GrabFood for the first time today. The rider are excellent. Unfortunately, for some reason my cashless payment is rejected and there is no record of deduction from my bank account eventhough i still receive grab points. Is there any way for me to inquire this issue?
5 stars: sometimes it will easier to book but must look at the place...if too deep from city it gonna takes a few tries before got a book...but sometimes when using a promo/discount charge not gonna easy to get. overall i am satisfied with every driver i've met. keep me company n have a great conversation. most of all the driver were friendly not like everyday just kept silence until reach destination.
4 stars: Heres the thing.. In bkk and hat yai(where I am now) its 4.75 to 5. Its a Godsend when you dont speak Thai, gps and translation built in. However, in Nakhon where I work, its maybe a 2.5. Reason being I have only been able to get one after midnight once. Translation: you can go out but you cant go home. Also, google maps there has some issues with place names.
5 stars: The service was very good and improving. The service expands from transport, to food delivery, to courier, etc.. What more to ask for more? More services to expect. But to apologize, the app depends on internet connection that take the service so dragging or slow.
