I've uninstalled and reinstalled the ProTool app, ensured the flight-mode is selected. Adapter connected in Wifi. 5 stars: had an issue with the first bluetooth dongle with it being unresponsive and not connecting, but after getting in touch with BG they not only sent me a new one but threw in a Thor adaptor as well! Stellar customer service!
