3 stars: I loved this app, but since the update a couple days ago, I no longer have the option to schedule for a phone interview. That used to be a nice feature.
3 stars: used to work fine through the search function sucked, now it keeps trying to get me to post a new job from my phone and won't let me get to my applicants
5 stars: I have used this app to hire 3 people so far. It is the perfect app for anyone looking to hire someone relatively fast. I have gotten numerous applicants interested, without paying any money for my job listing. Great service.

4 stars: App seems to get stuck on n Post a Job page, with no way of avoiding it. This was after posting a job. Was able to reset it by uninstalling and reinstalling app.
