3 stars: A great source for looking at homes for sale except for the fact that I have to set my preferences EVERY time I go on the app...no matter how many times I save my search. Also, I keep getting notifications for a house that I did not save, so that's annoying.
5 stars: Easy to navigate, information is accurate and up to date, love this app! I also really appreciate how the map shows you how low or high crime is, that's been so helpful in helping my husband and I decide where we want to move our family.
5 stars: Great App! All the information you need to preview what's available for sale in your area. However, if you are in the Phoenix area 90% of those are pending or sold. And for prices higher in some areas than pre- 12/2007 recession ones.
3 stars: I really love the fact that it keeps me posted on my saved and favorite searches. The only issue for me is that the contingent/pending button even when turned on, does not hide those listings from new searches. Also it would. be helpful if there was a button for 'do not show again' or 'do not like\
3 stars: The desktop experience is far more consistent. Filters and on-the-fly map updates work most of the time in the app, but when they don't, the process of refreshing my original query to display the data I actually want is infuriating. I generally skip the app and use a full web interface... wanted to like the app more but, well, I can't :) Please, just make the property data update properly when I move aro...
