4 stars: App seems to work and is well done but the spicy nuggets offer isn't working. I added the 6 piece nuggets to my order and made sure the other items in my order weren't part of a combo or deal and the app kept telling me the coupon wasn't valid with my order. Any help?
3 stars: The app works great but Benson Arizona Wendy's is not ready for mobile order. I pre paid for my order and there was not enough staff to manage and take care of the customers. When I arrived the Drive-through line Was too long I had to go into the store because my car was blocking traffic . I waited about 15 minutes from my mobile order after getting to the store.I will uninstall the app.
5 stars: Tiona and Alex at the location on Platte and Circle Drive in Colorado Springs were great in helping me with my first order through the app. They and their Manager Samson helped me through the order quickly and got the order perfect. As always, the food was delicious too!
3 stars: UPDATED: Guys, for mobile order coupons make sure to ADD that item before checking out or it doesnt work. Wendy's should have this stated on the coupons. DOES NOT WORK..even with the update I cannot order anything on Mobile. Cannot use mobile coupons. only in-store coupons with the numbers (ex 108 etc)..and calling doesnt help
