5 stars: This app fulfill my desire (i.e flight journey) with very low cost between Vijayawada to Hyderabad. me and my two friends booked tickets and trip completed on 30/07/2019. we have good and great experience in this app. thank you very much HappyEasyGo. i also recommend this app to my relatives and friends.
3 stars: This is by the far the cheapest and best fare providing site for airtickets ....One Disappointing issue is the late confirmation of tickets for me it was 2hours after my payment ....This really worries customers....apart from this i guess this website is worth trying.....I would have gien 5 star if i haven't faced delay in confirmation of PNR
3 stars: Not a geeat app but yes you get the best air fairs here, but the customer service is very bad, they are so bad that if a booking gets cancelled they dont even have minimum courtesy to inform you properly. when my booking got cancelled a rude customer care guy called me and was saying that my booking got cancelled and he doesn't now the reason for cancellation.
3 stars: Although a good booking app but several issues sucks a lot.. It forgets my 'id' each time I update the app or open it after 15-20 days.. Then I have to login again and again remembering, or resetting the new password.. Sometimes the coupons get used even if I do not pay the ticket money.. No notifications are sent regarding my bookings or the offers available for me.. Please resolve these issues and rest it is good app overall...
