5 stars: I am careem Captain and i proud to work with this.. App is very easy to use.. I feel safe n secure even my wife is also a female Captain. I am. My own boss, i can choose working hours by own, its really good to utilize ur free time by earn money.
4 stars: Nice App But Last Week They Have Not Pay Me The Guarantee of 30-07-2019 Even Lodging Dispute At Issue Box Of Careem Captain App Alot Of Times. They Always Reply That Your Issue Will Resolve In 24-48 Hours, But Issue Not Resolved And Cycle Become Close. I Was Very Disappointed At Their Behavior. Now, I Request To Careem Please Don't Do This Again in Future With Me Or Any Other Captain Please 🙏🙏🙏
5 stars: Good one. Only problem in Kuwait sector you should have an option of selecting languages, atleast English. Most of them non - arabs, mostly are Asians. So consider this aspect.
5 stars: I am Careem bike captain in Multan Pakistan. I Suggest to Careem Give us Weekly Target... because in Other City Karachi, lahor, islamabad etc there are weekly target but in multan daily target. 5 ride, 10 ride, 14ride. i hope you will think for this
3 stars: you must provide an option for captains to update profile picture and mobile number, of course you can take your processing time but it was supposed to be there and also if you can make the map better within the Careem Captain app just like Google maps or Waze map
