5 stars: clearest real estate application available. very easy to see what's available around you, how much it costs, and how likely it is to be snapped up out from under you. also has great statistical information on historical pricing and estimated costs of ownership.
4 stars: a high percentage of the time, 85%?, easy to use and accurate. A bit clumsy when trying to use multiple filters, but overall LOTS of good information on properties, including lot dimensions.
5 stars: My favorite is the map feature. Scroll through the map and houses in that area just appear. It's the easiest way for buyers to search places without knowing the town names.
5 stars: Absolutely the best of all of the real estate apps I've used. It seems to be the most up to date, and I love that it shows you on the map screen when listings have an open house scheduled!
