5 stars: I love the wyze cam, wyze cam pan, wyze sensor. ALL easy to set up, no hard wiring. can't wait for the new wyze line of product to make it's appearance (wyze bulb). great for outdoor and indoor security. I love how I can check up on the house, no matter where I am at. I can see who's in and outside of the house, even though I am not at home. I love being able to view remotely from my work or from anywhere away from home.
3 stars: Was perfect until last update! I use this as my baby monitor and loved it until their last software update. Now the live stream video shuts off after about 5 minutes and I'm constantly having to touch the screen to open up the live stream video. What's the point of a camera being used for live stream if it keeps shutting off every 5 minutes? I wish they would fix this bug so I can use it again
5 stars: I love this service. However, I am writing this comment to request that when viewing footage saved to an sd card, we be allowed to jump to an exact time that we can type in. it's is incredibly frustrating to do this currently. I want to be able to see an event, note the time, and then view the saved footage surrounding that event.
3 stars: I cannot add a new camera using my Samsung Galaxy S8. When I click on add camera and choose a standard camera and then follow the instructions to ready the camera, the app then takes me to a blank page rather than the page that allows me to enter network name and password.
