3 stars: Overall a good taxi app. There are a lot of cars. It takes maximum 5 minutes for you to wait for the taxi. The drawbacks are the lack of taxi licences in most cars and rude drivers. I believe Yandex doesn't teach drivers how to behave. The rating you give for the drivers doesnt do anything. Besides you can pay by only cash ((((
4 stars: it's been so handy while in Tbilisi, just make sure that your locator pin is actually where you are, as I had a few problems with misalignment. Fares are incredibly reasonable and there's plenty of cars around - tbh cheaper than taxis - drivers are friendly and had no problem getting me around
3 stars: app couldn't get the driver to my place properly. it showed him different place. moreover, you cannot change payment method while you are in a ride. until the very end, when drivers should press finish button, method cannot be changed.
4 stars: It's a nice taxi app. Though the map is often inaccurate - the driver will see your generalised address as a destination, for example, even if you have a specific place selected. Other than that the app itself is great. Drivers though? Quite hit and miss. But customer service tries to resolve negative situations and responds to reviews, so there is also that.
5 stars: yeas, sometimes car comes not very good, not perfectly clean or with a mad driver, but often there is one thing more important, there are a lot of cars and drivers in the city
