5 stars: So far the recent update is great. Addressing a couple of quickies. I was able to put my phone into airplane mode and still watched synced content. Adding pic in pic was much needed. It seems WAY less buggy now. Can't tell you all how long I've been waiting for a decent android version of this app.
4 stars: Plex is a potential 5 star app. Unfortunately, some feautues cause the app to crash consistently. Long playlists causes a crash after a few hours. Casting audio to several Google Home Mini's is flakey at best and can cause crashes. Other than these inconveniences, this is an amazing app, and an amazing media solution. Reviewed on Samsung Galaxy S9+ Android 8.0
4 stars: Amazing app and server. But... Sync features I bought Plex pass for are pretty bad and unreliable. Needs constant babysitting and prodding to ensure it completes properly. Leads to major headaches when I'm trying to prepare for a trip the night before and let it sync over night. Not reliable enough to complete on its own.
5 stars: Thank you for finally enabling video resizing/zoom to allow full screen playback! Been waiting for this to happen for a while and now I can stop using external player to play vids! Thanks again! Plex 4 life!
