4 stars: I called 2 times today and 2 different issyes and still don't understand the answers. Two weeks ago, I did a 5 mile trip from Fll que and had short trip protection. Today I did a similar trip and no protection. Not good. I also have not received a rating in 6 days and I can't understand why. I am stuck on 500 ratings since last Sunday....I can't get a straight answer on either issue..
4 stars: The destination shall apear before accepting a ride as it's driver's right to know where he would go if he accepted the ride. At times at the end od a ride, Uber driver application calculated the fare for less killometers than actually travelled, making loss for the drivers. If we compere it with Creem driver (ADMA), it's a smarter application in many fetures.
3 stars: Fairly stripped down regarding looking at your numbers and comparing it to hours driven that day and so on but... it's not too bad I suppose. Now... if only using Google maps wasn't more efficient! it would be nice if I didn't have to switch back and forth between them but the Google map app gets me there in a much more intelligent and superior/efficient way.
3 stars: Uber navigation map's needs some serious improvements like it doesn't tell you client's address is on left or right. It says: you arrive at your destination..., the address could be 800 m away. Some times, you are on the street, it doesn't say anything, but some house's number is not too clear to figure out while driving. Navigation syst...
