3 stars: The destinations do not appear for driver at the time of açcepting a ride, which makes it difficult for driver to accept the ride for unknown destination, more over drivers do not have option of cancellation if he accepted a ride by mistake.
3 stars: All over the application is good but the drop off location of customers should be known and visible to a Captain's before accepting any ride that he should be able to respond in clear way.
4 stars: pls I suggest to change the ringtone..previous ringtone was louder and much better than the current version ringtone..mistakly if mobile in the pocket I can't hear the ringtone ..pls fix it thanks
3 stars: we don't have a good and easy communications with call center and wr don't have a detination option also. in addittion the percentage and application calculations not fair.
5 stars: i am working with careem about last 8 months and it is a very wonderful experience with them. I have just 1 problem and it is that the available hours in ADMA. Suppose we reached our target before the targeted time then what we have to do next ......... so its my request to careem kindly remove the available hours option. THANK YOU!
3 stars: Please Remove (enable location) notification message every time i switch the app on and off!? And the app should allow us to decline request also cancelation policy need to be fair for the driver too
