3 stars: Would get five stars but the doorbell lags really bad added this later after having vivibt for sometime now I would not recommend them check other options

4 stars: I really enjoy this app and how ready it is to control my security system through it. My one main complaint is that it takes at least ten seconds for the app to connect to our doorbell camera when someone rings it. We've even upgraded our modem but it's the same. A lot of people don't wait at the door that long.
3 stars: only 3 stars ... when it works fine... only when it does.. alot of times and I mean alot cameras randomly go down... side back front pick one it does it... and the doorbell is the most least reliable doesnt allow me to talk to ppl when they ring .. I'm very disappointed as of late. thinking of just cancelling and going with simply safe .
