3 stars: I am unable to book any of the rooms for staying via the app. Can someday suggest a fix to it. The book button us not at all working.
3 stars: Awesome app \u0026 all thing but i think you should add Confirmation option/feature during Room book time. Now No confirmation required for last time i was checking all things for room \u0026 by mistake my thumb click on book button and room automatically booked on that time i have Paid 500 rupees from wallet for room cancellation. so please add confirmation features after the click of book now.

5 stars: booking process is very easy, before payment you can talk to hotel management regarding your doubts, but it will be better if OYO Team show hotel contact number in the starting of booking,because it show contact number of the hotel in mid way of booking, so it's a suggestion to OYO App. otherwise everything is good .
