3 stars: I would have given it 5 stars but for html you can only do the first chapter without paying. That upsets me. I was expecting more.
5 stars: It holds my attention and I have ADHD. I especially appreciate the varied types of question-and-answer formats and how stress-free the questions were presented. It's just like a natural conversation with an equal with a pleasant demeanor. Definitely recommend.
