5 stars: This works for many people yes there maybe technical difficulties at times but so does computers. It still works for many clients. I love that I can check in the wait.
5 stars: If possible, list other clients associated with the App User's cell phone and email so that it is easy to select who you are checking in (for families) instead of having to type in their name.
