4 stars: works as expected, customer service has been great. my issue is that Vivint does not work with the Google displays. i have the Lenovo display and cannot use it to do any of the automation tasks or view cameras! Vivint should get on this to be current with the technology out here!
3 stars: Ever since the last update I've been logged out and it refuses to let me log in again. What's the point of having the system if I can't use the app. That is what allows me to do what I need. Please fix! I have since managed to get in. Thank you!
4 stars: Work most of the time but the bell ring never works had to chance to Ring Camara are ok company wanted 199 dollar to trouble shooting the problem. app is good.
4 stars: Update: Issue is finally fixed and currently working. Adding stars. ANDRIOD USERS: Bypassing the sensors is no longer an option through the app. You click the slider to off and it automatically goes back to on. Causing multiple false alarms.
